Fallout 3

Forgot your pokeballs somewhere? There's a lot of other games out there and different consoles, talk about other games from Super Mario 64 to Gears of War and Metroid Prime 3 Corruption here.

Anyone looking at getting Fallout 3.

I actually never got the first 1 or 2, but 3 looks awesome and I need a new game for my laptop since I've pretty much beaten the ones I have already.

After looking more into this game (and after having it recommended to me by a friend), I've decided that I'm pretty gonna get it when I get a 360 this Christmas. ^^ Looks pretty great.

But yeah. I haven't played the first two either.

I know that this thread is old, but I'd rather not make a new topic to clutter up the page. Anyways, this game is incredible. I have around 160 hours logged in the game, and I still have not beaten the main quest (Side quests and exploring takes a great amount of time)

Although I did take a break from this game (Playing Oblivion now), I would definitely recommend it to people who like open-ended games such as this.

That sounds awesome. I played all the way through Crysis (1) and liked that a lot, probably gonna get Warhead (what it's called iirc). Fallout 3 seems similar, but from everything I've heard it's much more room to explore in each level. When you say open-ended, do you mean open-ended like Mass Effect kinda? I should probably go look at the game some more on GameSpot.
